NEET Exam Dates 2019

The tentative exam schedule of AIPMT (NEET 2018) is given below:

Age Criteria:

  • The upper age limit is 25 years. There is 5 years of age relaxation for reserved category candidates.
  • UR candidates must born on or between 08.05.1993 and 01.01.2002.
  • For SC/ST/OBC candidates, the age should lie between 08.05.1988 and 01.01.2002.
 

Qualification Criteria

 

  1. Qualifying Exam: Candidates must pass the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry Biology/Bio-technology and English individually.
  2. Candidates those appear/qualify the three years of B.Sc Degree with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-Technology including practical subjects are also eligible to apply.
  3. Minimum Marks: A candidate must obtain minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology taken together. For SC/ST/OBC candidates, the marks in qualifying exam should be 40%.
  4. Appearing Candidates: Candidates who are in final year of qualifying exam are also eligible to apply for AIMPT (NEET) 2018.
 

 

NEW NEET Exam Pattern 2019

  • Mode of Exam: The exam will be held in offline mode (pen paper mode) OR online Mode.
  • Number of Attempts: Maximum of three attempts will be allowed for candidates is rejected . The number of attempts will be counted from 2017.
  • Type of Questions: The question will be Objective Type Questions.
  • Number of Questions: Total of 180 questions will be asked.
  • Duration of exam: The exam would be of 3 hours.
  • Languages: The question paper will be available in total 10 languages which are Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Assamese, oriya and Kannada.
  • Marking Scheme: 4 marks will be given for each correct response.
Negative Marking: 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect response
